We are two women inspired to make a difference by creating a welcoming community here in Northeastern Tennessee. We share a passion to serve our community and want to pay forward the knowledge and sense of welcome we have received ourselves in this wonderful Tri-Cities region.
About two years ago, Cortney started a small Facebook group committed to sharing local information. Heather came on board shortly after it’s beginning to help moderate and grow it. In these two short years we have seen an exponential growth by the thousands of not only current local residents but also those looking for “home”. Each community member is a part of our story.
We live in a beautiful place. A place we are fortunate enough to rest our weary heads and hearts while surrounded by natural beauty! The Tri-Cities region of Tennessee is a subtropical climate that blesses us with all four seasons. We are made up of tightknit communities that offer something for everyone whatever path you have chosen to take in life. We are indescribably thankful for the community that we live in and love.
2021 marks the beginning of something new and wonderful. Welcome to Find Where You Belong, your one-stop shop for living in, working, and moving to Northeast Tennessee.
Cortney found her passion career just a few years ago and the stars have been the limit for her ever since. Cortney is consistently named as a top selling realtor for Evans & Evans Real Estate. No wonder! She puts her clients first and foremost. Selling real estate isn’t just about making money for her; it’s about bringing dreams to life for families of all shapes and sizes.
Outside of work, you’ll find Cortney and her beautiful wife raising their wonderful son Avery. They enjoy spending time together as a family, traveling, reading, and just enjoying the quiet moments in life. Well, as quiet as things can get given that she’s an avid college basketball fan! Cortney has big plans for their future but her ultimate goals are to just make a difference and to build an amazing home for their family.
Heather works as a Content Manager and is a full time Mom of four beautiful, amazing children. Her husband and her specifically chose this area to raise their family in because they believed in the power of its location and the warm hearts of its residents. With a background in Anthropology, Heather understands the importance of community and having valuable resources easily accessible to all our neighbors. Not only does she feel blessed to be a part of this corner of the world but feels this webpage is a project intended for serving others.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Heather and her family going on adventures, traveling, and just spending quality time together (usually outdoors!). Her family is her ultimate pride and joy in life. Her grandest personal goals would be to adopt many children, have a large farm that gave everyone in her family tons of space to happily spread their wings, and to eventually write books. The world awaits!
